    OMG this reads like a dystopic novel. Who needs that crap pseudo-food? KD certainly won’t keep people healthy. I wonder how all those people who cut funding and programs in Home Economics are doing now, stranded at home without any cooking skills…

      I wonder too. KD is okay for a while, or once in a while, I have hopes that we will see a shift in values and compassion. Thanks for your comment, Marian.
